Peter Tapao - Personal Trainer and Fitness Expert

Peter is a personal trainer and a man of God that not only has a heart for all things working out, but more importantly a heart for helping people get healthy, get fit, and appreciates the occasional push up.

Its a new year and that could mean a healthier new you! Are you ready to refresh your body with some fun exercises? Peter will show us how to exercise even when you don't go to a gym! Whether you are a beginner or an athlete, Peter will show us moms how to stay consistent with keeping fit even as busy moms. Get ready to move!!

NOTE: Peter will be demonstrating some exercise moves, so wear comfortable clothing and shoes if you'd like to participate in a demonstration workout!

Oct 6th - Craft Meeting - DIY Cleaning Supplies

 On Oct 6th, our NCC MOPS moms had a wonderful time making their own cleaning supplies! The ladies made their own spray bottle cleaner which can be used for all-purpose cleaning. We also made our own all natural laundry detergent to take home. Stripping away harsh chemicals, we made some natural cleaning supplies that were more eco-friendly and safe for children too. Our own Anne Marumahoko brought entertaining and an educational experience to all the moms!
